Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending any Frequency of Love event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Admission

All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. QB Enterprise reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or failure to comply with event rules, without refund.

2. Ticket Policy

All tickets are sold subject to our Refund Policy. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated. Tickets must be purchased through official channels to be considered valid.

3. Event Changes

QB Enterprise reserves the right to modify event details at any time, including but not limited to:

  • Date and time

  • Venue

  • Artist lineup

  • Event schedule

Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

4. Entry Requirements
Attendees must comply with all local laws and venue regulations.
Valid identification may be required for entry.
Some areas (such as VIP or backstage) require the appropriate ticket level.


5. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully. The following will not be tolerated:

  • Disorderly conduct

  • Harassment or violence

  • Illegal activity

  • Excessive intoxication

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Assumption of Risk

By attending the event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. QB Enterprise is not liable for any such incidents.

7. Media & Recording Consent

By entering the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. QB Enterprise reserves the right to use this content for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

8. Weather & Outdoor Events

This is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise determined by QB Enterprise. Weather conditions do not qualify for refunds.

9. Prohibited Items

QB Enterprise reserves the right to restrict items that may pose a safety risk. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Illegal substances

  • Outside alcohol (if restricted by venue)

  • Any items deemed unsafe by event staff


10. Liability Disclaimer

QB Enterprise, its partners, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses incurred at the event.

11. Right to Refuse Service

QB Enterprise reserves the right to refuse service or admission to any individual at its discretion.
